Organizers announced the return of the Bay Area Barbeque Cook Off & Music Festival (www.BayAreaBarbequecookoff.com), a three-day, outdoor food paradise on the beautiful grounds of Cal State East Bay at Hayward (Pioneer Amphitheater lawn area), 25800 Carlos Bee Blvd, Friday, Aug. 26 through Sunday, Aug. 28. 

 

This family-friendly event features local bands, a kid’s zone for every age and a menu for every palate from BBQ ribs, beef, links, chicken, grilled veggies, side dishes and ice-cold beverages.

 

A special feature is Q’s Village all-you-can-eat buffet.
