Brandon Aninipot, Oakland Post intern photographer, videographer and writer will be leaving to attend Texas Southern University in Houston. He is a graduate of McClymonds High School’s 100th Year Class of 2015 and distinguished his media career by helping to launch a successful fundraising campaign to send Mack’s students to South Africa.

Brandon plans to study radio and film broadcasting with a minor in business.

Brandon’s photographic assignments with the Post included covering the motivational speaker Les Brown with Rev. Randy Rowden’s youth group, the Williams Chapel affordable Housing development, and the Gentleman’s Brunch Society at the Scottish Rites Temple in Oakland last year.

With a good eye, a good mind, and a good Spirit, Brandon has been a positive addition to Post News Group reporting and his already advanced photography skills were welcomed.

Post Publisher Paul Cobb said, “With the exposure to entrepreneurial practices that he learned from his father Dwayne Davis, he will be a formidable student with a bright future at Texas Southern.”

The Post News Group wishes him every success.
